RPO Embedded Services Overview

Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services are designed to seamlessly integrate our recruitment team into your organization, functioning as an in-house recruitment team. This approach ensures that we align closely with your company’s culture, values, and hiring needs.

Best For: Clients with long term needs/high volume hiring

Monthly Retainer: Pricing: $5,000 – $10,000 per month + Fee Per Placement (Negotiated)

Service Features:

Dedicated Recruiter: A fully integrated recruiter who has access to your ATS, intranet, and participates in team meetings.
End-to-End Recruitment: Comprehensive recruitment services tailored to your unique needs, from job posting through to onboarding.
Value Alignment: We ensure alignment with your company’s core values and mission in every aspect of the recruitment process.
Consulting Services: Full access to consulting services as outlined in your proposal, available as needed after a discovery call.

Contract Terms:

Minimum Engagement: 12-month commitment to ensure stability and deep integration into your organizational culture.
Scalable Pricing: Flexible pricing based on the volume and complexity of your hiring needs, allowing for adaptability as your company grows.

Contract Recruiter

Best For: Clients with multiple openings and urgent hiring needs in the short term

Flexible Pricing: $50 – $100/hr, tailored to the complexity and volume of roles.
Details: Invoices will include a detailed breakdown of recruiting activities.
Contract Length: 3-12 months

Contingent Fee Recruiter

Best For: Clients with short term needs and a small number of urgent openings. Talent HACS is only paid upon a successful hire, with all details outlined in the contract

Non-Exempt and Salaried Roles (under $100,000): 12% – 15% of the first-year salary.
Executive-Level Placements: 15% – 20% of the first-year salary.

Retained Recruiter

Best For: Long-term projects, but low volume hiring or niche positions.

Monthly Retainer: $2,500 – $5,000 per month
Contract Terms: Minimum 6-month, maximum 12-month engagement.

Hybrid Model Recruiter

Best For: Organizations seeking a mix of consultant support and flexibility where hiring needs could spike at any moment. “Recruiting Consultant on-demand”.

Reduced Retainer: $2,000 per month.
Reduced Contingent Fee: 10% of the first-year salary.
Contract Terms: Minimum 6-month, maximum 12-month engagement.

Talent Acquisition Consulting Services Overview

Our Talent Acquisition Consulting Services are designed to optimize your hiring process, regardless of whether you are currently hiring. These services can be bundled with our recruiting services for a comprehensive solution and will be included in the pricing proposal post-discovery call.
