Talent HACS is proud to partner with a leading industrial recycling solutions provider to fill a CDL A Installer role. This is a permanent opportunity with a company that specializes in the transportation, installation, and maintenance of heavy-duty recycling equipment throughout New England.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A (and B) trucks to transport industrial recycling equipment, forklifts, and tools.
- Conduct proper load inspections, secure cargo using forklifts, chains, tie-downs, ramps, and follow DOT safety protocols.
- Load and unload heavy equipment at job sites; assist with positioning and setup.
- Support the crew with installation activities — lifting, aligning, bolting, and basic tool work.
- Contribute to job site tasks: material movement, site preparation, basic electrical connections, welding/fabrication, and cleanup.
- Perform routine vehicle and trailer inspections and minor maintenance to ensure road safety.
- Complete accurate logs, time sheets, and work order documentation.
- Transport removed equipment back to the yard, label properly, and organize in designated areas.
- Act professionally on job sites and follow all safety and conduct standards.
- Adapt to a dynamic schedule with early start times, longer workdays, and occasional overnight or weekend work.
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license with no restrictions (endorsements a plus).
- Proficient in forklift operation and comfortable working around heavy machinery.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and operating tools.
- Willingness to travel throughout New England, sometimes with overnight stays.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) review.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or familiarity with rigging, welding, and basic electrical work preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
